1. Create your remittance transaction through the PhilMoney App.

2. Select GMO Virtual Account as your payment method.

3. Check the GMO Virtual Account details provided in the app.

4. Transfer the exact payment amount to the provided virtual account.

5. Once your payment is received and confirmed, your remittance will proceed for processing.

Important Reminders :

• Please transfer the exact amount shown in your PhilMoney transaction.

• Always check the GMO Virtual Account details carefully before making your transfer.

• Do not reuse virtual account details from a previous transaction unless instructed by PhilMoney.

• If the amount paid does not match your transaction amount, your payment may require additional verification or manual review, which may cause a delay.

• Please make sure your PhilMoney transaction information is correct before completing the payment.

• Any bank transfer fees charged by your bank, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Note :

1. For remittance cash payments, up to ¥100,000 per transaction is accepted.

2. If a remittance cash payment is over ¥100,000, the use of a cash card is required.

3. The use of cash card may be required depending on the time and day of Pay-easy usage. Kindly check the bank’s ATM schedule for details.

Reminders :

• PhilMoney app users can send a remittance to our account.

• Please be advised that when remitting money, the account holder and the remitter's name must match. Otherwise, the transaction will not be processed, and the amount will be returned to the remitter's account.

• Please avoid using someone else's bank account to send a remittance. Money transfers are intended solely for sending the account holder's own funds. Please confirm that the transaction involves the remittance of your own funds.

• Remittances are NOT money-sending transactions provided by a bank, etc. Any excess amount from processed transactions will be transferred back to the remitter's bank account, with the bank transfer fee deducted from the principal amount being returned.
